5. Return and exchange
5.1. According to the Law of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to return a product of proper quality (subject to photo and video evidence) within 24 hours
5.2. Return is possible if the product has not been used, the packaging and presentation are preserved
5.3. Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made, within 5 business days
5.4. Products with individual characteristics, hygiene products and discounted items are not subject to return (according to the law)
